Our perennial very very cherry Saison brewed with oats, red wheat, and a touch of rye malt. Fermented in oak with our house microflora as well as ambient microflora from Lancaster county. Fermented and conditioned on over two tons of cherries from our great friends over at 2 Spring Fruit Farm. We used mostly tart Montmorency cherries, with a small addition of sweet red and white cherries. In all, it was around 4 pounds of fruit per gallon of beer! Ephemeral, yet profound and drenched in drippy cherry complexity. Limit 4 bottles per person per day. $25
